French court lifts Monsanto corn ban, agricultural minister vows to find new ways of reinstating ban.

Agriculture Minister Le Foil vowed to find of reinstating the ban after a French removed the ban on corn.
Le Foil has publicly stated that the French government opposes the cultivation of ’s Mon 810 corn and that a new decision will be made on the corn before farmers sow for the 2014 .
The ban has been in since March 2012 but on Thursday the Council of State court declared that it had little .

EU regulations say such a ban “can only be taken by a in case of an emergency or if a situation poses a major risk” to the health of people or animals, or to the environment, it said in a statement.
